Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, Sanctified Outcast is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are considered final. Sanctified Outcast does not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery, including photos and your order number, so we can address the issue promptly.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, text, logos, and content featured on SanctifiedOutcast.com and our products are the exclusive property of Sanctified Outcast LLC, unless otherwise noted.
They may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our express written consent.
You may not claim or resell our artwork, branding, or any derivative versions for profit.
Use of Design Tools (e.g., Kittl):
Some artwork may incorporate elements created or customized using licensed tools such as Kittl.
Under the Kittl Commercial License, Sanctified Outcast retains full rights to its final customized compositions and their use on physical merchandise.
Individual third-party assets (such as fonts or icons) remain the property of their respective licensors and are used in compliance with their terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctified Outcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
